T. Michael W. Halcomb – Living Language Approach – Linguistics & New Testament Greek Conference 2019

Dr. Halcomb is Professor of Biblical Languages at Pacific Rim Christian University (Honolulu, HI). He also teaches Latin and Rhetoric at Trinity Christian School (Kailua, HI). He holds a Bachelor of Science (Kentucky Christian University), a Master of Divinity (Lexington Theological Seminary), a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies (Asbury Theological Seminary), a Master of Arts in Linguistic Theory (University of Kentucky), and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies (New Testament Focus) from Asbury Theological Seminary. Dr. Halcomb is the founder of the Conversational Koine Institute, and is the co-founder of GlossaHouse, which publishes works in the areas of language, hermeneutics, and pedagogy. He is the author of several books and articles, including Speak Koine Greek and Entering the Fray: A Primer on New Testament Issues for the Church and Academy. He is also the editor of the book Kingdom Rhetoric: New Testament Explorations in Honor of Ben Witherington III.
